In addition to being the Lead Pastor at Rocky River Community Church (www.rockyriverchurch.com), I am also the Matrix Intelligence Specialist for SmartLeadership (www.smartleadership.com). Is that the coolest job title ever or what?! Anyway, my job is find the absolutely “must read” leaderhip articles in online publications. Over the years I have built a a huge digital file!!! Anyway, this afternoon I was looking through some articles to prepare for a staff meeting on Tuesday. I found this great little article by Jeff Immelt, CEO of GE, in a 2004 issue of FastCompany.
