I think they should crack down on everyone who drinks and drives - and do it the first time, not the second or third. BTW, did you know she was never convicted? Anyway, there are Bloods and Cripps all over Orange County (LA) who have shot people, raped, and robbedpeople at gunpoint and never served a day of time because of overcrowded jails. But...since Paris is such a hardened criminal, we're going to put her rich little butt in jail. I don't think it is fair - it is certainly not equal. Paris is not in jail because they are passing out equal sentences and cracking down on drunk drivers. She's in jail because she's rich, sluttish and immature and because of those things people don't like her.

Again, I’m not giving her a free pass. But if community service is good enough for average “Joe” it is good enough for Paris. There are a lot more dangerous people who should have gone to the slammer before Paris.

Just curious but what should the sentence be for a second time offender for driving without a license. I'd bet I would spend time in the clink too for the same offence. I'm sorry, she deserves everything she gets. Come on...she's a celebrity (if you want to call it that) and should be held to a higher degree because she and others like her are the people our kids look up to whether we like it or not. I don't want my kid to think it's OK to drive without a license. Let's not even start on why she lost it in the first place.
