Yesterday (Sunday) I mentioned that I love the fall of the year because of football and BBQ. Literally, I think God gave us the fall for hog killing (to make BBQ) and football (made of pigskin) because He loves us. Anyway, a good friend sent me this video which I just love. BBQ review

That was great. I go for Georgia barbecue - although, now that I am in California I've fallen head over heels for the local barbecue - a smoked version with sweet sauce - red beans and rice - corn bread - and cole slaw. I think I'll go get me some.

That is so funny!! NC BBQ is best, vinegar based with some vinegar slaw!!
